Before joining Meng Peeps, Stephen began his executive search career as a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Education and Nonprofit Practice. This followed a decade's service as founding President and Chief Executive Officer of the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, a multi-faceted public charity located in Palo Alto, California. Prior to joining Meng Peeps in 2009, Cami spent more than fifteen years in the non profit sector, primarily in higher education and healthcare.

She began her career with California State University Long Beach (CSULB) where she held development positions in the College of Business and Central Advancement. She then joined the University of California, Irvine College of Medicine where she had responsibility for leading all aspects of medical development and alumni relations. More...

Marlene Rafferty

Marlene Rafferty

Partner

Marlene has been with Meng Peeps for 15 years, and over her tenure with the firm, has worked on senior public and private higher education, nonprofit, and state and county government engagements.

Marlene manages search administration, due-diligence referencing, coordination of detailed background investigation and publication matters. She is responsible for arranging candidate travel and scheduling. Marlene received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California.
